1) ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location. During peak periods or due to carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Where are your T-shirts printed and shipped from?
QUASIKERN is based in Leipzig, Germany, while our T-shirts are printed and shipped directly within the USA by our US print partner. This means shorter delivery routes and no overseas shipping for US customers.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the future and work with selected print partners closer to our customers around the world.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started, but we'll always check what is still possible.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
Usually, yes. However, items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on production availability. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you'll receive tracking information for each package.
2) REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each shirt is made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or changes of mind. Please check the Size Guide on the product page before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee applies.
What if my shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a short description of the issue. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
How long does a replacement take?
Once your replacement has been approved, it will enter production just like a regular order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by 4–8 business days for delivery. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your replacement ships.
3) PRODUCTS & SIZING
How do I know what size to order?
Our tees have a true-to-size unisex fit. Choose your usual size for a regular fit, or size up for a looser, more relaxed fit. For exact measurements, check the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
What materials are your T-shirts made from?
Our tees are made from lightweight ring-spun cotton for a soft, comfortable feel without being heavy or stiff. Solid colors are 100% cotton, while selected heather and grey shades use cotton-polyester blends.
How are the T-shirts printed?
Our designs are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, where the ink is applied directly into the fabric for a smooth, comfortable finish. For the longest print life, wash cold, inside out, and avoid ironing directly over the design.
How should I care for my shirt?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or air dry. Do not bleach or iron directly over the print.
Do you offer custom designs?
Not at the moment. QUASIKERN designs are created specifically for the Drum & Bass community and released as part of our own collections.
